About Me

"My name is Patria Baugh a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Connecticut. I have 16 Years of experience graduating from Cambridge College with my master’s degree in 2004.

I believe that each individual processes their journey based on unique factors. My style of practice includes DBT, CBT, Christian Counseling, and Court Mandated co-parenting/reunification counseling, and with college students.

Realistic/achievable goals are set in therapy in order to help decrease anxious and depressive symptoms."
