Your therapist will typically contact you within 5 business days.

How do I know if my therapist is a good fit?

At the time of first contact and during intake your therapist should share a little about their professional background and you should feel free to ask some questions to determine if they are a good fit. Part of the therapeutic process is building a rapport with your clinician that starts within the first couple of visits. If you feel like you are not building that rapport you should discuss this with your clinician.

What happens if I miss a session?

At the time of intake a Missed Appointment Policy form is completed which indicates it is best to contact your provider 24 hours ahead of time if you anticipate not making your appointment to avoid a $25 missed appointment fee. Multiple missed appointments without communication with your provider could result in termination from the practice.
