I specialize in Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, and Substance use. My theoretical focus is eclectic; however, I do use Adlerian theory. Sometimes we find that the dreams and memories hold the key to what keeps us stuck. I will be direct at times and compassionate. We need to collaborate so that the change continues after the session ends.
