Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Everyone has a story that creates a lasting impact on one's life. This impact can alter the way you think, feel, and act. My goal is to provide a safe and non-judgmental space to help you identify your core strengths, explore your emotions, build better relationships and decrease conflicts through evidence-based practices that address your individual goals.
I know from my own experience as well as years of working with individuals that putting yourself first and asking for help can be intimidating. Therapy doesn't have to be a difficult or uncomfortable experience. My hope is that we can develop a genuine, respectful, trust-filled relationship that promotes healing.
I received my BA in psychology from Westfield State University and my MSW from Springfield College. I have experience working in hospitals, criminal justice systems, and schools. I work with general concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance misuse, and relationship issues.
